ship to UK and/or International locations. Shipping charges are set at different
prices depending on the item/listing.
Within the UK a certificate of posting
is obtained unless sent by Recorded / Special Delivery. I use the Royal Mail
within the UK.

allowed and suggested because I can not be held responsible for lost, damaged
items. Please Note: the Insurance option dose not mean item sent recorded
delivery you can have an Recorded /
Special Delivery item with insurance this allows replacement/refund within days
of loss with out waiting the normal 14-28 days that the Royal Mail says to allow
before item is classed as lost.
International buyers should contact me by e-mail for
additional shipping insurance charges, All items can be sent via surface mail,
airmail, international sign for or air sure.

I try hard
to ship within 3 days of when payment is made. But please allow 5 -7 days Sometimes due the time of year - seasons and high volume of orders it is not always possible and delays can happen you will be informed by email, I will hold all
item for shipping until a cheque/check has cleared my bank. This process usually
only take 2 to 3 working days from paying in longer at bank holidays. Back orders any item out of stock at time of ordering will be placed on back order and shipped out to you when in stock you may cancel any back order within 5 working days for full refund of back order |

Directive) Regulations 2000 I offer a 7 days Return to base money back guarantee
Refunds will only be given on items that are returned unused and re-sellable
condition. This only applies to the cost of the item not postage. Please contact
me via e-mail if you feel you have a justified reason for returning and
requesting a refund, we can try and work it out. After the 7 days a 15% charge is levied. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT
